Windaba 2018

Aberdare was well positioned among key decision makers, government and other stakeholders in the renewable energy sphere at the 8th annual Windaba Conference and Exhibition.

Held in Cape Town at the International Convention Centre from 7 – 8 November 2018, Windaba served as the ideal platform to gather information on South Africa’s renewable energy procurement programme which continues to be the most exciting wind energy opportunity globally.

Our team including: Kern O’ Reilly (National sales manager), Johannes Mpotu (Group Export Manager), Lester Ross (Key Account Manager) and Jennifer Cooper (Sales Representative) represented us proudly at the expo. Accompanying them was our mascot, Power Buddy who was instrumental in lifting our brand.

Speaking on behalf of the team was Kern O’ Reilly, “Windaba delivered great insights into the evolving market of renewable energy. And with 600 international and domestic delegates in attendance, we had good networking opportunities.”
